Investment casting can produce parts of various complex shapes, such as some valve bodies or shells. Some parts that are difficult to achieve with mechanical CNC machining can be produced with investment casting technology, which can not only achieve product quality effects, but also save costs and improve efficiency. Even if these products can be machined by CNC, the machining cost is very high. Therefore, according to different product structures, we will choose different processing technologies. Some we will directly produce with investment casting, some will use investment casting and subsequent CNC machining, and some will be directly produced with CNC machining. These need to choose appropriate and reasonable processing solutions based on product structure, product materials, product usage requirements, etc.

If they are produced by investment casting, they can be designed as an integral part and directly cast for production.
